Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Note: This document is a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before being relied upon.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qatalog (the "Service"), operated by the Qatalog team from Cyprus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qatalog is a SaaS platform that allows businesses to build digital catalogs, generate QR codes, accept orders and enquiries, and manage related content. The Service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the accuracy and legality of any content (text, images, prices) you publish through Qatalog. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind a business.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which paid features are disabled. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.

5. Done-For-You Services

Done-For-You (DFY) services — including catalog setup and managed plans — are sold as one-off or recurring services billed via Stripe. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on receiving required materials from you. Recurring DFY services can be cancelled at any time; the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Qatalog to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to misrepresent prices or availability; to send spam; to reverse-engineer the Service; or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant Qatalog a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service. The Qatalog name, logo, software and design remain our property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qatalog and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. EU consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence are not affected. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
